Healthcare Careers Initiative Mission Statement

To raise awareness, recruit and provide education and training to Cuyahoga County residents in order to improve the state of healthcare worker shortages, with the goal of assuring a continuum of well-trained workers for generations to come.

Healthcare Careers Initiative (HCI) is a partnership of Cuyahoga Community College, University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Employment Connection.
